That inner knowing or what some describe as a “gut feeling”; the knawing sense that something isn’t quite right, or in fact, very wrong; the concern you feel about a certain person or action or set of circumstances being potentially troublesome or conversely being highly positive, all of these descriptors cover what we term intuition. It is when we deny these “red flags” or “signposts” on our journey that we get into difficulty. Look back on your life experiences and count the many times you acted against what you “felt” was right in favour of what your intellect said should be the way. And how did these situations turn out? Not well I would guess in many instances.

Trust is the word to be remembered; trust in your self and your Self (Higher Self) to guide you always onto your optimum path. This trust, when practiced, will never lead you wrong.

The journey into the unknown in life often requires great trust, as the road ahead is unknown. How is it, then, that many make the journey in wellness and simplicity and yes, even eagerness? The journey is important, as is the end result, and to find both enjoyable and smooth and trouble-free is the goal; easily accomplished when one pays attention to one’s inner knowing.

Some believe they are protected and guided by their Higher Self, others by their Guardian Angels and Guides. There is a common denominator present in that their own “intuition” keeps them in peace and safety when heeded. However you may refer to it, your inner wisdom, based on many soul journeys, will lead you well.

In my communication work with the spirit energy “Seth“, I am constantly reminded of the importance of trusting in one’s Self, and adherence to this guidance serves me, and my clients well in daily life.
